Good. The Doctor was very friendly and narrative in a positive way. He told me all the things about the diabetes and its control and I listened it patiently. He defined me about the disease as all the doctors do and told me to do the following tests
HBA1C
TSH
LIPID Profile Test
LFT
KFT
URINE KETONES
URINE ACR
Pathologies charge these testings more . The testing charges are as follow:
HBA1C- 400 INR, TSH- 300 INR, LIPID PROFILE- 600 INR, LFT- 600, KFT- 600, Urine Ketones - 600, Urine ACR- 300 So Total Charge of the complete test is 3400.
I think this is little expensive and if a patient is very poor how can he afford this. So the hospital should generous to give these services at a low cost to the patients.
First I approached to Yatharth hospital but the receptionist said they do not have doctor for diabetes. So I to a medical store where they said go and meet Dr Amit. He not only give me advise on changing my lifestyle but also invited me to join a group of people to do Yoga on Sundays and live a very healthy life. Dr. Amit is may be the right Dr for all the Diabetic people of the city.
We visited doctor Amit Gupta at Amarpali Hospital in Greater Noida. We visited this hospital specially because we were happy with our interaction and treatment by Dr. Gupta, otherwise hospital has long way to go, cleanliness is in bad shape, specially wash rooms. Emergency facilities and Cardio dept need special attention. Make it more user friendly for CGHS clients. Hospital is in our neighbourhood and we would like to use the facilities for our needs. So please take care of few matters as mention above.

I trust my life with Dr. Gupta. So does everyone in my family. He has been gifted with medical knowledge and common sense. Which is sadly missing in most of them. Plus there is something about his placid disposition which makes the patient feel at ease.

Rating 2/5
Amount spent by the patient at the Centre spent: Rs. 45,000/-
Review by a 70-year-old Patient.
Summing up the overall experience: ************ ********* * **********.
My name is Avinash Aggarwal I approached Dr. Amit Gupta, Diabetologist (Centre for Diabetes) Alpha C Belt Greater Noida on 8th July 2022.
When I consulted first time Dr. Amit Gupta on 8th July my HbA1c was 8.2.
As per Doctor’s Advice, many tests were recommended (four tests were recommended to undergo in-house) and the reports were presented to the Doctor. After the thorough checking of reports, medicines were prescribed which were purchased from the Centre for Diabetes Care (in-house) itself and I strictly followed the timing and the quantity of the medicines. Initially, for the first 3 months, I saw a very good result in maintaining my sugar level and was very happy. I recommended 5/6 of my family/friends to the Doctor also. I continued my consultation till 18th July 23.
In between there were quarterly tests undergone within the Centre and my regular monitoring of the blood sugar by a glucometer (BETO) offered complementary by the Doctor (in-house) initially; changes in medicines were prescribed which I followed strictly.
I left the Doctor on 18th July 2023 citing the following reasons:
1) To my surprise, My sugar level which was controlled initially could not be lowered despite Doctor’s constant supervision and quarterly tests and change in medicines by the Doctor – as purchased from within the clinic’s premises and the tests also undergone within the clinic’s premises.
2) Reports of the tests conducted and receipts of payments paid for the in-house tests were not given to me.
On asking for the receipts and reports, the impolite clinic attendant told me that they have no practice of issuing reports and receipts as per the direction of the Doctor. It shall be shown on the mobile only.
When the matter was reported to the Doctor, without any trace of pacifying the situation, he clearly mentioned that receipts and reports are NOT issued to the patients.
As we all know, ethically, medical centers (of any nature) need to issue payment receipts and also reports on the payments made – samples collected.
There is no rocket science there.
We all have got various tests done from various pathology labs like Dr. Lal, and Max's labs to name a few.
This kind of practice of devoiding the patient with the receipt and the report for which they have paid their hard-earned money is completely unjustified.
Among the Last tests recommended by the Doctor were partially ( Blood and urine related were diagnosed by Max Pathological lab showing my HbA1c 10.6
Which is higher than one year back.
When my sugar level could not be controlled by regular consultation with the Doctor **** **** ** *** ***** ** ********** **** * ********* **************
I am not writing with any bad intentions. Just narrating my experience with the Doctor after spending Rs.45,000 approx. on consultation, medicine, and tests. and no sugar level could be managed within a period of 1 year.
Goodbye, Doc.
Wishing you the best of luck with your further practice!

I prefer not to go because....the doctor is always late....he never come on time....though he's a great doctor but major problem is that he is late....it's not
Lazy or something...but he is so good that he has some many patients that's why he is late...but still he should be on time
